The Board's Recommendation for the Auditor and the Group Auditor

 

Upon the recommendations of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors have resolved, in line with the regulations of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and Capital Markets Law No. 6362, to submit the election of DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the independent auditor for Financial Reports of 2024 accounting period, as the Group Auditor, and for carrying out related activities in accordance with the regulations in the related laws.
