Disposal of Buy-Back Shares

 

Pursuant to share buyback program initiated with the resolution of the Board of Directors of Sabancı Holding dated 09.11.2021, SAHOL shares with TRY 75,867,914 nominal value, representing 3.7183% of the share capital, were repurchased by Sabancı Holding until today.

Out of such shares, a portion with TRY 40,801,463 nominal value, representing 1.9997% of the share capital, which had been repurchased in the period of 17.11.2021 – 18.04.2022, were sold to institutional investors by Sabancı Holding on 12.12.2022 at a price of TRY 36.60 per share through block sale method executed on Istanbul Stock Exchange.

As of 12.12.2022, total nominal value of repurchased shares are TRY 35,066,451 which represents 1.7186% of the share capital.
