Result of the Application to the Capital Markets Board Regarding the Authorized Capital and Other Amendments Set Forth in the Articles of Association

 

Our application submitted to the Capital Markets Board for the purpose of obtaining approval of the amendment proposal regarding the amendment of Articles 10 and 35 of the Articles of Association and the addition of Article 41 thereto has been approved by the Capital Markets Board, and the approved amendment text is attached hereto.

It is envisaged that the draft amendment to the Articles of Association will be submitted for the approval of the shareholders at the first General Assembly meeting to be held following the approval of the Ministry of Trade.
