Capital Contribution to Sabancı Climate Technologies' Renewable Energy Investments

 

In line with our Group's strategy of growth focused on the new economy and investments in the technologies of the future, Sabancı İklim Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("Sabancı Climate Technologies"), a wholly owned subsidiary established in 2022, was founded to engage in both project development and power generation in the field of renewable energy, and venture capital investments in energy and climate technologies. To date, Sabancı Holding has provided a total capital contribution of USD 238,862,000 to Sabancı Climate Technologies.

The Board of Directors resolved to contribute the capital of Sabancı Climate Technologies by up to the Turkish Lira equivalent of USD 154.4 million until the end of 2027, to finance investment projects, primarily including new capacity investments in the field of renewable energy, within the framework of its international growth plans.

Further developments regarding the matter will be shared with the public.
