Pursuant to the share buyback program initiated by the resolution of Sabancı Holding's Board of Directors dated 16 October 2026, Sabancı Holding repurchased SAHOL shares with a total nominal value of TL 300,000 on Borsa İstanbul on 23 October 2026, at prices ranging between TL 83.55 and TL 85.45 per share.

As of 23 October 2026, the total nominal value of the shares repurchased under the share buyback program amounts to TL 590,000, representing 0.02809% of the Company's share capital.
