Changes in Organizational Structure
Sabancı Holding organizational structure has been updated to support Holding's short- and long-term strategic vision, accelerate its transformation, and strengthen the portfolio management approach. A Corporate Office has been established reporting to the CEO, and the Sectoral Group Presidencies have been restructured as Strategic Investments Presidency and Strategic Investments & Operations Presidency.
In this context, the following resolutions were adopted at the Board of Directors meeting of Sabancı Holding held today, to become effective as of January 1, 2026.
- Hakan Binbaşgil shall continue to serve as Chair of the Board of Aksigorta, Agesa, and Medisa Sağlık, under the title President, Strategic Investments.
- Gökhan Eyigün shall continue to serve as Chair of the Board of Carrefoursa, Teknosa, and Temsa Motorlu Araçlar, under the title President, Strategic Investments.
- Burak Orhun shall continue to serve as Chair of the Board of Brisa and Kordsa, under the title President, Strategic Investments.
- İhsan Erbil Bayçöl, under the title President, Strategic Investments & Operations, shall continue his current role as CEO of Enerjisa Üretim and be nominated as Chair of the Board of Enerjisa Enerji and Vice Chair of the Board of Enerjisa Üretim.
- Umut Zenar, under the title President, Strategic Investments & Operations, shall continue his current role as CEO of Çimsa and be nominated as Chair of the Board of Çimsa and Akçansa.
- Tolga Kaan Doğancıoğlu, under the title President, Strategic Investments & Operations, shall continue his current role as CEO of Sabancı İklim Teknolojileri and be nominated as Chair of the Board of Sabancı İklim Teknolojileri and Temsa Ulaşım Araçları.
- The strategic planning, business development, and mergers & acquisitions functions, which currently fall under the responsibility of the Strategy and Business Development Group Presidency, shall be transferred to the Corporate Office. All strategic initiatives across the Group shall be managed by this structure under the coordination of the CEO.
- The General Secretariat and Audit functions shall be merged, and Şerafettin Karakış shall be appointed as Secretary General and Chief Audit Executive.
