Changes in Organizational Structure

It has been resolved that the following changes will be made in the organizational structure of Sabancı Holding, effective as of August 1, 2026.

Ms. Yeşim Özlale Önen, who currently serves as a Member of the Sabancı Holding Executive Committee and President of Human Resources and Sustainability at Sabancı Holding, will leave her positions within the Group as of July 31, 2026.

In this regard, Mr. Mustafa Özturan, who currently serves as Director of Employee Experience and Labor Relations at Sabancı Holding, has been appointed as President of People and Culture at Sabancı Holding.

On the other hand, Mr. Murat Pınar, who currently serves as CEO of Enerjisa Enerji A.Ş., has been appointed as President of Strategic Investments.

Within the scope of this organizational change, the sustainability function has been positioned under the Strategic Investments Presidency led by Mr. Murat Pınar.

In his new role, Mr. Murat Pınar will serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Dx Technology Services and Investment B.V. and will also assume board membership roles in other Group companies.
