As Hacı Ömer Sabancı Holding Anonim Şirketi (“Sabancı Holding” or “our Company”), we show maximum sensitivity to the processing and protection of your personal data in accordance with the principles of privacy of private life and protection of fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals regulated in the Constitution of Republic of Turkey, as well as the relevant legal regulations, in particular the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and its secondary regulations.

This Privacy Policy for Event Participants (“Privacy Policy”) has been prepared to inform you about our processing activities for your personal data.

YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO BE PROCESSED AND TRANSFERRED, METHODS AND PURPOSES OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND TRANSFER, LEGAL GROUNDS AND RECIPIENT GROUPS

Your personal data, which will be obtained directly from you or your brokers by our company by electronic means (such as electronic registration form, e-mail and telephone), will be processed, stored and secured in electronic environment (Company's internal systems, through its Website) with automatic or non-automatic methods, in accordance with the principles in Article 4 of the KVKK, in a measured and limited manner, in connection with the purposes and legal compliance reasons stated below.

When you fill out the Registration Form via website or reach our Company via e-mail/phone that our Company shares with you via e-mail before Sabancı Holding conference call/webcast event (“Event”),  in order to attend the Event, Our company will process your name-surname, contact information and the institution you work for and, if necessary, transfer it to our domestic foreign service providers and authorized institutions and organizations for the following purposes and legal grounds: to receive and accept your Event registration, to contact you for the Event details (date, time, link address, subject, etc.) and/or the similar issues, to run and manage Event, to establish, use and/or protect your rights and/or our Company’s one, for the legitimate interests of our Company, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

The Event will be recorded and published recorded and published in an audiovisual (video) and written form on the Website for those who want to receive information about the financial and operational developments of our Company and for the purpose of conducting and managing our Company's marketing activities. If you take the floor during the Event, you expressly consent to the processing of your voice and talk, which will be also recorded, by our Company.

RIGHT TO BE INFORMED

  • In accordance with the provisions of the KVKK, you can use the following rights by applying to our Company:
  • Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
  • If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
  • Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
  • Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data,
  • In case of correction, deletion or destruction of personal data, requesting that these transactions be notified to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
  • Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and
  • Requesting the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to the illegal processing of personal data.

You can submit your applications regarding your rights listed above by filling out the Data Subject Application Form, which you can access at the address https://www.sabanci.com/tr/kisisel-verilerin-korunmasi-kanunu, using one of the ways specified in the Form. Sabancı Holding declares that your applications will be responded as soon as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days at the latest, free of charge, according to the content of your request; however, please kindle be informed that Sabancı Holding may charge you a fee according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board if the transaction requires an additional cost.

ETKİNLİK KATILIMCILARINA YÖNELİK KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN KORUNMASI AYDINLATMA METNİ

Hacı Ömer Sabancı Holding Anonim Şirketi (“Sabancı Holding” veya “Şirket”) olarak kişisel verilerinizin, T.C. Anayasası’nda düzenlenen özel hayatın gizliliği ve kişilerin temel hak ve özgürlüklerin korunması ilkeleri ile 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) ve ikincil düzenlemelerine (birlikte “KVK mevzuatı”) başta olmak üzere ilgili yasal düzenlemelere uygun olarak işlenmesi ve korunması için azami hassasiyeti göstermekteyiz.

İşbu Etkinlik Katılımcılarına Yönelik Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Aydınlatma Metni (“Aydınlatma Metni”) kişisel verilerinize yönelik gerçekleştireceğimiz işleme faaliyetlerimiz hakkında sizi bilgilendirmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.

İŞLENEN VE AKTARILAN KİŞİSEL VERİLERİNİZ İLE KİŞİSEL VERİLERİNİZİN TOPLANMA YÖNTEMLERİ, İŞLENME VE AKTARILMA AMAÇLARI, HUKUKA UYGUNLUK SEBEPLERİ VE ALICI GRUPLARI

Şirketimiz tarafından, doğrudan sizden ya da aracı kurumunuzdan elektronik ortamlardan (elektronik kayıt formu, e-mail ve telefon gibi) elde edilecek kişisel verileriniz, aşağıda yer verilen amaçlar ve hukuka uygunluk sebepleri ile bağlantılı, ölçülü ve sınırlı olarak KVKK md. 4’teki ilkelere uygun olarak elektronik ortamda (Şirketimizin iç sistemlerinde, Websitesi üzerinden) otomatik ve otomatik olmayan yöntemlerle işlenecek, saklanacak ve güvenliği sağlanacaktır.  

Sabancı Holding‘in sizinle konferans/webcast etkinliği (“Etkinlik”) öncesinde e-mail yoluyla gönderilecek web adresi üzerinden Kayıt Formunu doldurmanız ya da telefon numarasını aramanız ya da Şirketimize e-posta yolu ile ulaşmanız halinde Şirketimiz, ad-soyad, iletişim ve çalıştığınız kurum bilgilerinizi Etkinlik kaydınızı gerçekleştirmek, Etkinlik detayları (tarih, saat, bağlantı adresi, konu vb.) ve/veya benzer konularla ilgili sizinle iletişime geçebilmek, Etkinliği yürütebilmek ve yönetebilmek amaçlarıyla ve Şirketimize ya da size ait hakların tesis edilmesi, kullanılması ve/veya korunması; temel hak ve özgürlüklerinize zarar vermemek kaydıyla, Şirketimizin meşru menfaatleri için zorunlu olması hukuka uygunluk sebeplerine dayanılarak işleyecek ve gerekmesi halinde yurt içindeki dış hizmet sağlayıcılarımıza ve yetkili kurum ve kuruluşlara aktaracaktır.

Etkinliğimiz, Şirketimizin finansal ve operasyonel gelişmeleri hakkında bilgi almak isteyenler için ve Şirketimizin tanıtım faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesi ve yönetilmesi amacıyla Websitesinde yayımlanmak üzere görsel-işitsel (video) ve yazılı (tutanak) olarak kayıt altına alınacaktır.  Etkinlik sırasında söz almanız halinde ses kaydınız ve konuşmalarınızın kayıt ve tutanak altına alınması suretiyle Şirketimiz tarafından işlenmesine açık rıza göstermiş sayılırsınız.

KVKK UYARINCA HAKLARINIZ

KVKK hükümleri uyarınca, Şirkete başvurarak aşağıdaki haklarınızı kullanabilirsiniz:

  • Kişisel veri işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
  • Kişisel verileri işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
  • Kişisel verilerin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
  • Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
  • Kişisel verilerin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme,
  • Kişisel verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
  • Kişisel verilerin düzeltilmesi, silinmesi ya da yok edilmesi halinde bu işlemlerin kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
  • İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle kişinin kendisi aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme ve
  • Kişisel verilerin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğraması hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.

Yukarıda sıralanan haklarınıza yönelik başvurularınızı, www.sabanci.com/tr/kisisel-verilerin-korunmasi-kanunu adresinden ulaşabileceğiniz Veri Sahibi Başvuru Formu’nu doldurarak Form’da belirtilen yollardan birini kullanarak iletebilirsiniz. Sabancı Holding, başvurularınızı talebinizin içeriğine göre en kısa sürede ve her hâlükârda en geç otuz (30) gün içinde kural olarak ücretsiz olarak cevaplandıracağımızı; ancak işlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi halinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu tarafından belirlenecek tarifeye göre tarafınızdan ücret talep edebileceğimizi bilgilerinize sunarız.
