Following his graduation from Boğaziçi University, Department of Civil Engineering, in 2000, İhsan Erbil Bayçöl completed his MBA at Sabancı University, as well as the Advanced Management Program at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. He also holds a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Istanbul Bilgi University. He started his career as a Project Control Engineer at Bechtel-Enka Joint Venture and joined Enerjisa in 2008. Bayçöl has been serving as Enerjisa Üretim CEO since January 2020. In addition, he serves as Vice Chairman of the Board at Enerjisa Üretim, Chairman of the Board at Enerjisa Enerji, Enerjisa Doğalgaz Toptan Satış A.Ş., Enerjisa Elektrik Enerjisi Toptan Satış A.Ş., Board Member of Enerjisa Europe Korlatolt Felelossegu Tarsasag, Enerjisa Commodities, Sabancı Climate Technologies, Senkron and President of Strategic Investments and Operations at Sabancı Holding. His greatest passion is cycling, and his interests include team games and basketball. He is married with two children.
