Announcement

As Sabancı Holding, we regularly review our organizational structure in line with our strategic priorities to focus on expanding our core businesses and investing in new growth platforms.

In this context, it has been decided to restructure the Industrials and Building Materials strategic business units as Material Technologies and Mobility Solutions to further strengthen our focus in material technologies and our leadership in mobility solutions. In line with this change, Akçansa, Çimsa and Kordsa will continue their operations under the Material Technologies Group while Brisa, Temsa Skoda Ulaşım Araçları and Temsa Motorlu Araçlar will operate under the Mobility Solutions Group.

Effective as of April 19, 2024, the following organizational changes will be made:

Mr. Burak Orhun

who is currently pursuing the Sabancı Holding Building Materials Group President position is appointed as Sabancı Holding Material Technologies Group President. The General Managers of Akçansa, Çimsa and Kordsa will be reporting to him.

Mr. Cevdet Alemdar

who is currently pursuing the Sabancı Holding Industrials Group President position is appointed as Sabancı Holding Mobility Solutions Group President. The General Managers of Brisa, Temsa Skoda Ulaşım Araçları and Temsa Motorlu Araçlar will be reporting to him.

We congratulate Mr. Burak Orhun and Mr. Cevdet Alemdar and wish them success on their new assignments.
