Appointment and Organizational Change Regarding the Financial Services Group Presidency

 

In line with the recommendation of the Corporate Governance, Appointment, and Remuneration Committee, it is resolved that, effective April 1, 2025, the Financial Services Group Presidency and Banking Group Presidency of Sabancı Holding will be merged into a single structure due to Haluk DİNÇER leaving from his role as Sabancı Holding Financial Services Group President as of March 31, 2025. Accordingly, Hakan BİNBAŞGİL, who currently serves as Sabancı Holding Banking Group President, is appointed as Sabancı Holding Banking and Financial Services Group President.
