Change of Executive Officer

 

Mr. Hakan Timur, who has been serving as Sabancı Holding Human Capital and Sustainability Group President, will be leaving his position due to his career preferences as of March 15, 2023.

Ms. Yeşim Özlale Önen will be appointed as Sabancı Holding Human Capital and Sustainability Group President effective from March 15, 2023 upon the resignation of Mr. Timur.

Mr. Timur will be supporting transition period as Advisor to CEO until June 30, 2023. We would like to thank him for his valuable contributions to Sabancı Group and wish him prosperity and continued success in his new career.
